Mulungushi University (MU) is one of the three public universities in Zambia. It comprises three campuses: the Great North Road Campus, located 26 kilometers north of Kabwe on the banks of the Mulungushi River; the Town Campus, situated near the center of Kabwe along Mubanga Road off Munkoyo Street; and the Livingstone Campus, which houses the School of Medicine and is located within Livingstone Central Hospital in the heart of Livingstone city.
